Timepiece Fusion: The OM10 Mechanism with Darth Vader Aesthetics

Imagine an elegant and innovative watch case based on the OM10 automatic mechanism, the world's first open-source mechanism created by OpenMovment. This watch case was meticulously designed, using FreeCAD for its modeling before being imported into Blender for the application of desired textures.

This watch case integrates an iconic image of Darth Vader from Star Wars created with MidJourney, and available as an NFT on Ozone Metaverse in the marketplace. This blend of cutting-edge watchmaking technology and popular culture creates a unique and captivating aesthetic.

The design of this watch is distinctly masculine and dark, with a robust metallic case and a gold crown for adjustment, beautifully contrasting with the metallic black fleur-de-lis proudly adorning the case. This is a first sketch of the final product currently in development.

Additionally, I am working on rendering a video showcasing how the mechanism is articulated using drivers and geometry modes in Blender at real-time speed. This video will provide a detailed insight into the intricate workings of the watch mechanism.
